Our Basketball Youth League is the perfect combination of fun, competition, and learning. BBYL Basketball is designed to nurture new and intermediate players through practice and weekly games with experienced, designated coaches. Our goal is not only to develop players but also grow disciples of Jesus.
Youth League season begins with skill evaluations where each player will be strategically placed on a team to ensure a good, competitive season. Each team will have practice one day a week. Our program designs a further practice curriculum that covers all of the basic concepts of the sport so that players receive broken down basketball instruction. Weekly practices have an instructional focus which coaches carry out each week including; Defense, Ball handling, Layups, Shooting, Passing, Rebounding, and more.
